(Referencing Gowling Web Posting) Many Canadian power sector organizations are taking a proactive approach to hiring and developing talent more reflective of the diverse communities they serve. In an increasingly globalized, digitized, and interconnected world, the power sector will need to draw upon skills and expertise from diverse sources, particularly as the world strives to meet the challenge of delivering clean, reliable energy in the years ahead.

Expanding diversity is key, but there is much more work to do.
