Event Description:Join us for an engaging and insightful session on learning more about your individual working style and how to use your key strengths towards improved leadership effectiveness. Attendees will complete an assessment in advance and explore their natural behavioral tendencies. This session will provide key insights into strengths, weaknesses, and communication styles, equipping participants with strategies to adapt their approach for leading diverse teams effectively.
