StepUp launched a Canada-wide Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Baseline Study this spring to understand the status of EDI in Canada’s energy sector.
We are pleased to report that we have received almost 1,200 (1,199 to be exact!) survey responses from individuals across 145 organizations in Canada’s energy sector.
Every perspective added to the richness of the data and the story of how diverse, inclusive, and intersectional Canada’s energy sector currently is.
On Tuesday June 28th at 12 pm ET (9am PT/ 1pm AT) we unveiled and shared the initial results, data, and findings compiled by Diversio through a public webinar.
